Official rules

1. It is the team coach's or teacher’s responsibilities to make sure their players are aware of the rules governing the league.

2. A team must have a minimum of 4 players to start a game

3. Regular games will be 5 against 5 but if one team only has 4 players then it will be 4 against 4.

4. The player's name must be on the score sheet before jump ball to be eligible to play.

5. New player can play the following game (When that team plays again).

6. Teams should be arriving 15 minutes before their scheduled game.

7. A 10-minute grace period will be given to teams with fewer than 4 players or teams arriving late. The late team will receive a technical foul, resulting in 4 free throw shots.

8. If after 10-min garce period the team hasn't 4 players or hasn't shwon up they will be forfeiting the game by default.

9. A game consists of 2 halves of 16 minutes stop time, with a 5-minute half time intermission.

10. In the event of a tie, there will be a 5- minute over-time period. There must be a winner, therefore as many 5-minute periods needed will be implemented.

11. Teams are permitted 3 time-outs per half and 1 time-out per overtime period.

12. Spectators or guests are not permitted on the team's bench. The bench is for players and coaches only.

13. Any player(s) or coach (verbally attacking or touching opposing team or referee) receiving 2 technical fouls (4 free throw shots for the other team) in a game will be given an automatic 1 game suspension; finals included.

14. Any player(s) or coach(s) ejected from a game should leave the team bench area immediately. Failure to do so will result in the termination of the game.

15. Bonus will be awarded on the 8th team foul.

16. A win gives a tema 2 pts. A loss gives a tema 1 pt.

17. The games will be played under the F.I.B.A rules except court dimensions.

18. The schedule is subject to change, therefore games will be rescheduled.

19. All players are expected to exhibit proper sportsmanship at all times. Un-sportsmanlike conduct such as "trash talking", gesturing, taunting etc. is strictly forbidden and could result in automatic ejection.

20. Fighting, swearing or other un-sportsmanlike conduct towards opponents, teammates, coaches, referees or spectators is strictly forbidden and could result in automatic ejection from the league. No questions asked.

21. All players and coaches are expected to exhibit proper respect to others property and venues. Theft or damages to others property can and will result in termination from the league.
